Project Manager

Hours:                0.5 F.T.E (18.5 hours per week)              

Salary:                £29,423.00  full time equivalent

Annual leave:    33 days pro rata including Bank Holidays

Fixed Term:       Until 31/03/2021 with possible extension beyond this end date

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for someone to manage our advice projects .

Reporting to our Head of Service Delivery you will assume the line management responsibility for project staff whilst working closely with project funders to ensure agreed project outcomes are met.

You will possess a high level of communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced setting.

Location:            Wiltshire wide cover.

What you need:  You need to be client focussed and can work to support volunteers and help them grow. We need people to ensure that we can best use our staff and volunteers to provide the best quality advice, face to face and on the telephone. You will need experience of working in a customer service environment, possibly in the advice, statutory or third sector.

What you don’t need: In depth technical knowledge of a particular advice subject area. We have multiple channels of support to help you do this. You just need to bring an enquiring mind and people skills.
